ORDER IN CH/SUM NO.1732/2019
Heard. The defendants are not appearing in the matter and have not filed say. The contention of the
plaintiff is that the deft. nos.4 to 8 are no longer in the employment of deft. no.11. She would
submit that as on day, they are not necessary or proper party due to their resignation from the
employment of deft. no.11 and not working in their capacity with deft. no.1 Union.
The plaintiff does not wish to proceed with the suit against deft. nos.4 to 8 for the above said
reasons. The plaintiff is dominus-litis. As the plaintiff does not wish to prosecute the suit against
deft. nos.4 to 8 and abandon their claim against these defendants, it is expedient to pass the
following order.
ORDER
1. Ch/sum No.1732/2019 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
2. Plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment within a period of two weeks from today.
3. Plaintiff to file amended plaint on or before next scheduled date.
4. Cost in the cause.
5. Ch/sum No.1732/2019 is disposed off accordingly.
The matter is adjd for compliance to 26.03.2020.
