Both the advocates of both the parties are agreed that, the
BMC shall pass speaking order after considering the reply
of the plaintiff and the BMC shall not take any coercive
action against the plaintiff in respect of the suit premises
till one week after the passing speaking order. Therefore,
the request of both the advocates is allowed and directed to
the plaintiff to furnish reply within one week from today.
The defendant to not take any coercive action against the

the passing speaking order. Hence, with this direction the
draft NM disposed off accordingly. NM be registered for
