1. Perused Consent Terms Exh.2 Order passed on Exh.1.
Plaintiff is present. His Advocate Shri Ramesh Jain is present.
Defendant present. His Advocate Ms. Varsha Yadav is present. I have
heard both the parties and their respective advocates. Both the parties

Perused Order passed on Consent Terms. Hence, I pass following order:
ORDER
1. The Summary Suit no. 965 of 2019 is disposed of as per Consent
Terms Ex.02.
2. Decree be drawn up as per Consent Terms Ex. 02.
3. In view of Consent Terms Ex.02 Summons for Judgement no. 50 of
2020 doesn't survive hence, it is disposed of as filed.
4. Court fee be refunded to the plaintiff as per rule.
