Motion, leave was also granted on 23.09.2019. But he failed to tender registered
Notice of Motion. It appears that plaintiff does not want to proceed with this suit
and Notice of Motion. Hence, suit is dismissed for want of compliance. NM is also
disposed of accordingly.
