heirs of deceased Ramashray Singh on record. It is contended that
Ramashray Singh had died on 21.07.2019. The chamber summons filed
by the plaintiff for bringing LR's on 07.09.2019. The chamber summons
is within limitation. There is no impediment to allow the chamber

summons. In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 1703 of 2019 is allowed.
