for the defendant Corporation.
3. Ramashray Singh had died on 21.07.2019. The Chamber
Summons is moved on 07.09.2019. The applicants claims to be the

legal heir of deceased Ramashray Singh. The chamber summons is
within a period of limitation.
3. The legal heirs of Ramashray Singh had moved this Court for
bringing them on record as legal heirs. Though, there is no impediment
in allowing the chamber summons.
In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 1700 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint within 14 days
from date of the order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
