ORDER
1. Heard learned Advocate for the plaintiff, learned Advocate for
defendant No. 2 and learned Advocate for defendants corporation.
2. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks correction in the
title clause i.e. the name of trust of the defendant Nos. 2 to 4. The
plaintiff also had sought to delete the name of defendant No. 4 as he
has resigned.
3. The Chamber summons is opposed by the defendant corporation.

4. The defendant Nos. 2 to 4 in their reply to the chamber summons
state that there is typographical error. The defendant nos. 2 to 4 have
no objection to delete the name of defendant no. 4 as he has resigned.
The defendant nos. 2 and 3 had informed the plaintiff about the
resignation of defendant no. 4. The name of defendant no. 4 needs to
be deleted. In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 1692 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The name of defendant No. 4 is deleted in the light of letter issued
by Advocate for defendant Nos. 2 to 4 dated 24.05.2016.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
