Therefore, submitted that Chamber Summons be Allowed and permission be granted to change the name of Judgment Debtor no.1 Heard advocate for the DH/Plaintiff. The Plaintiff has filed on record the service affidavit and defendant no.1/JD failed to appear and not filed reply. Reply filed by defendant no.1 shows that its name is changed to M/s Rohan Developers Pvt. Ltd formerly known as Angarika Investment and Finance Pvt. Ltd. The defendant no.1 has also filed certification of incorporation. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that grounds are made out to allow the Chamber Summons. Hence, the Chamber Summons no.1691/2019 is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Applicant in CS 675/2024 absent when called. Applicant is directed to appear on next date else in his absence the Chamber Summons will be heard and suitable order will be passed.
