written statement at Exh. 02 on 02/12/2013. Suit is for
declaration that the deft is trace passer in the suit premises
which is a residential and possession for the same.
Considering the fact that deft already filed written statement
on the record and contesting the suit and considering the
nature of suit, reply of the deft on plffs NM is required for
the fair adjudication of the said NM.
Under the circumstances, Notice of Motion 3481/2019 is
allowed and disposed of.
