ORDER Appellant again seeks adjournment by sending an email to this court. It is to be noted that on several occasions appellant has been accommodated on receipt of his emails and thereafter last opportunity was granted on 06.08.2021 and matter was adjourned to 30.08.2021 when the request for adjournment on email was rejected and matter was adjourned for dismissal to 15.09.2021 on which date again, while on email adjournment was sought, again the date for order of dismissal was postponed until today, in that view of the matter appellant can not be further accommodated and as such since nobody appears for appellant, appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
