ORAL ORDER
Plaintiff has stated that defendant No.1 expired and defendant
No.1 is having two daughters and two sons. Plaintiff has stated that it is

necessary to bring legal heirs of defendant No.1 on record i.e. his
daughters.
2. Advocate for the defendant Nos. 1(a) and 1(b) has not objected
for the same.
3. It appears, defendant No.1 is dead and as per the contentions of
plaintiff, defendant Nos. 1(a) and 1(b) are the legal heirs of defendant
No.1. Hence, to adjudicate suit properly between proper parties, it will
be proper to condone delay in bringing legal heirs on record and bring
legal heirs on record. Hence, following order:-
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.1674 of 2019 is allowed.
2. Plaintiff to carry out amendment within 14 days from the date of
this Order.
3. Chamber Summons Nos. 1674 of 2019 stands disposed of.
