    Today the matter is for order in notice of motion. However, it appears that most of the issues of hawkers like Constitution of Town Vending Committee, formation of scheme and survey of street vendors in view of Section 3(1) and 38 of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act of 2014, notification of hawking and non-hawking zone etc. all are subjudiced before the Honble High Court in Suo Motu Public Interest Litigation No. 1 of 2023, High Court on its own Motion Vs. State of Maharashtra. This matter was lastly listed on the board of 15.01.2025 and it is under observance of the Honble High Court. Therefore, when the same subject matter is pending before the Honble High Court, I do not think it proper that to proceed further and pass any order.
