JUDGMENT
1. Petitioner Bhavika Sandeep Kanaskar is the sister of Ravindra
Panmand. The Ravindra Panmand had married with the present
respondent Arti they begotten three daughters namely Namrata,

Asthami and Pooja, out of said wedlock. They are minor. The Ravindra
expired on 11/11/2013. His death certificate is filed on record. After
the death of Ravindra the respondent Arti remarried with Pramod
Shivaji Kale. Their marriage certificate is filed on record. The grand
parents of the minor daughters are already expired. The applicant is
the only nearest relative of the minor. She is taking the care of the
minor daughters since 15/10/2017. The notice was issued to
respondent and also in the news paper Active times dated 2/4/2022
calling upon the public, the objection if any. But none appeared.
Considering the documents on record and the fact that the interest of
the applicant is not against the minor daughters of the deceased
Ravindra and respondent Arti, the applicant is entitled for her
appointment as a guardian of Namrata, Asthami and Pooja. Therefore,
I am of the opinion that applicant is the fit person to appoint her as a
legal guardian of minors. Hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Guardian Petition No.271/2021 is allowed.
2. Petitioner Bhavika Sandeep Kanaskar is appointed as a
legal guardian of minor daughters, Namrata, Asthami and
Pooja, born on 03/03/2008, 03/11/2009 and 22/10/2010
respectively for their welfare and interest, till they attain
the age of majority.
3. Guardian Petition No.271/2021 stand disposed of
accordingly.
