The following Order is passed on Ch/s No. 2199/2022:
ORDER
Plaintiffs have taken out this Chamber of Summons for
deleting name of deceased plaintiff No.1 Pakhandu Ghammu and to
bring on record his legal-heirs and to amend the plaint. It is
contended that plaintiff No. 1, Pakhandu Ghammu is died on
28.06.2018. His Death Certificate is produced on record. Hence,
plaintiffs wish to bring on record his legal-heirs and seek necessary
amendment in the plaint in that regard. Heard, ld. advocate for the
plaintiffs. Also heard ld. advocate for defendant No. 1/MHADA
who has no objection to allow the application. Considering the
submissions application is allowed. In the result, following Order is
passed:
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 2199 of 2022 is hereby allowed.
2. The plaintiffs are allowed to bring on record L.Rs. of
deceased plaintiff No. 1 as prayed.
3. The plaintiffs to carry out necessary amendment within two
weeks and to supply copy of amended plaint on record.
4. Chamber Summons No. 2199 of 2022 is disposed of
accordingly.
The following Order is passed on Ch/s No. 2220/2022:
ORDER
Plaintiffs have taken out this Chamber of Summons to amend
the plaint. It is contended that plaintiff No. 5, Hansraj Teju is died
on 07.08.2022. His Death Certificate is produced on record.

Original plaintiff No. 7 and defendant Nos. 1 and 2 are heirs and L.
Rs. of deceased plaintiff No.5. Hence, plaintiffs seek necessary
amendment in the plaint in that regard. Heard, ld. advocate for the
plaintiffs also heard ld. advocate for defendant No. 1/MHADA who
has no objection to allow the application. Considering the
submissions application is allowed. In the result, following Order is
passed:
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 2220 of 2022 is hereby allowed.
2. The plaintiffs to carry out necessary amendment within two
weeks and to supply copy of amended plaint on record.
3. Chamber Summons No. 2220 of 2022 is disposed of
accordingly.
The following Order is passed on Ch/s No. 2221/2022:
ORDER
Plaintiff No. 5 has taken out this Chamber of Summons to
amend the plaint. It is contended that plaintiff No. 6 Hawaldar
Hunni is died on 16.09.2021. His Death Certificate is produced on
record. Defendant Nos. 1 (a) and 1 (b) are heirs and L. Rs. of
deceased plaintiff No.6. Hence, plaintiff seeks necessary
amendment in the plaint in that regard. Heard, ld. advocate for the
plaintiff No. 5 also heard ld. advocate for defendant No. 1/MHADA
who has no objection to allow the application. Considering the
submissions application is allowed. In the result, following Order is
passed:
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 2221 of 2022 is hereby allowed.
2. The plaintiff No. 5 to carry out necessary amendment within
two weeks and to supply copy of amended plaint on record.
3. Chamber Summons No. 2221 of 2022 is disposed of
accordingly.
