ORDER
Plaintiff\'s CA Mr Rajendrakumar Daiya already stated
before court that plaintiff is withdrawing the suit
unconditionally.
Plaintiff is master of suit. The defendant prayed for cost
for filling false suit against it. Therefore, Considering the
fact that, Plaintiff is withdrawing the suit unconditionally
and the reason for withdrawal it will be appropriate to
permit the plaintiff to withdraw the suit unconditionally
without awarding the cost. Hence, plaintiff is permitted to
withdraw the suit unconditionally.
CA of plaintiff submitted to dispose off suit as
withdrawn unconditionally. In view of order below Exh.
08 and above submission, suit is disposed off as
withdrawn unconditionally. Proceeding is closed.
