ORDER
1) Heard Ld. Adv. For the plaintiff and the defendant. It is the
contention of the plaintiff that, his reply is not consider its notice 354a
and order is passed. The said order is challenged in the suit.
The officer (Jr. Engineer) Mr. Sanket Sakharkar present
and submits that, the reply of the plaintiff would be considered and
fresh order would be passed. In the light of the statement the notice of
motion as well as the suit can be disposed off.
The plaintiff is at liberty to submit additional documents or
additional reply if, any within 10 days from the date of order. The
defendant/corporation to consider the reply and the documents and

pass fresh order thereafter. The defendant/corporation to decide he
notice within one month.
In case of adverse order no coercive action should be taken
in against the notice structure for a period of 15 days from the date of
communication of order. The notice of motion and the suit stands
disposed off. The defendant/corporation is at liberty to serve the copy
of order manually as well as Email.
Plaintiff to register the notice of motion for statistical purpose.
