It is seen that on 15.02.2022, the Notice of Motion no.3486/2019 was came to be dismissed and thereafter matter was adjourned for registration of suit. Thereafter, the parties are continuously absent. On 21.10.2023, the matter was again adjourned for registration of the suit and kept on 20.01.2024. On 20.01.2024, plaintiff was not appeared therefore matter was adjourned for order. Thereafter, till this date the plaintiff is not appearing and not get the suit registered.
    It seems that plaintiff has lost interest in proceeding the suit after dismissal of Notice of Motion. In such circumstances, I see no purpose to keep the suit pending and therefore the suit is necessary to be dismissed for want of prosecution. Hence, following order.
Order:
Suit Stamp no.9827 of 2019 is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
The suit stamp no. 9827 of 2019 be registered for statistical purpose.
