Plaintiff, defendant are present along with their respective
advocates Mr. Sanjeen Kadam and Mr. Neel Gala. Both plaintiff and
defendant have admitted their signatures and the contents in the
consent terms. Upon asking them, they have submitted that they have
arrived at settlement out of their own free will and that their is no
fraud, coercion, misrepresentation or undue influence practiced upon
them. I am satisfied that consent terms are arrived between the parties
out of their own free will. The consent terms are therefore read and
recorded.
