1. The parties have filed the agreement (consent terms) signed by the parties to the suit. Some of the plaintiffs and defendants are present in the Court. Name of defendant no. 6 is deleted today. Defendant no. 10 is in USA and he has sent the letter via email signing the consent terms. In this COVID-19 pandemic situation it is not safe to insist for presence of parties in Court. The signatures of the parties are identified by their Ld. Advocates. It is proved to the satisfaction that the suit has been adjusted wholly by lawful agreement in writing and signed by the parties (consent terms). Therefore, the agreement (consent terms) is recorded and Tor and marked at Exh. 10.
