Advocate for the plaintiff has requested to extend ad-interim relief granted on 24/09/2019. However, from the roznama, it is clear that it was in existence 26/06/2020, and thereafter, it was not  extended. As per the order dated 09.12.2020, in Suo Motu Writ Petition (ST) No. 93432 of 2020, the Hon\''ble Bombay High Court had extended the protective order restraining public authorities from giving effect to the order of demolition till 31.01.2021. The ad-interim relief granted in favour of the plaintiff in this suit was not against the public authorities restraining them to demolish the suit property, but it was against the private parties. So, the interim protection granted in Suo Motu Writ Petition (ST) No. 93432 of 2020  till 31.01.2021 was not applicable to the present suit, and thus, was of no help to the plaintiff. As such, it cannot be said that by virtue of the order dated 09.12.2020, in Suo Motu Writ Petition (ST) No. 93432 of 2020, the ad-interim  injunction granted to the plaintiff stood automatically extended till 31.01.2021. Today, the ad-interim relief is not in existence. So, the question of extension of the ad-interim injunction does not arise.
