and also expressed the desire suit be decreed in terms of
consent terms filed by Exh.4. Therefore consent terms is read
and recorded. Hence, I passed the following order. Order
below Exh.4 1. The suit no 2097 of 2023 is decreed in terms
of consent terms filed on record vide Exh.4 2. Decree be
drawn in terms of consent terms filed by the parties. 3. All
pending application if pending in the suit are also disposed off
in view of the compromise of the suit. 4. The court fees be
refunded as per the rule. 5. Parties bare their own costs.
