At Exh. 4 plaintiff has filed application therein pray for continuation of earlier ad-interim injunction order which came to be discontinued on 15.07.2022. On perused of record it appears that Earlier ad-interim injunction ad-interim order was continued till 15.07.2022. However it came to be discontinued since plaintiff and his Advocate remained absent in the proceeding. Earlier Advocate of plaintiff had withdrawn  his Vakalatnama on 30.09.2022. Thereafter matter came before this Court on two occasions. Now plaintiff is praying to continue earlier ad-interim injunction order which came to be discontinued 15.07.2022.
