Perused the chamber summons and affidavit in support. Also perused the reply. Heard Ld. Adv.of both the sides. It is not disputed the defendant no. 1 has expired on 27.04.2016. The details of legal heirs is also not disputed. So far as delay is concerned, it has been satisfactorily explained. Considering the nature of the suit the LR\''s are necessarily  to be brought on record. The objection raised is not considered as the other Chamber Summons No. 557/18 is withdrawn. Hence, in the interest of justice Chamber Summons No. 1579/19 is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The plaintiff to carry out amendment within two weeks and shall supply the copy of amended plaint upon the defendants within two weeks thereafter. Chamber summons is disposed of accordingly.
