1. Heard Learned Advocate for the plaintiff and Learned Advocate
for the defendant Corporation.
2. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks to amend the
plaint. The plaintiff contends that the suit premises was given on leave
and license agreement dated 18.07.2006 to Centurian Bank.
Admittedly, the trial is yet to commence. The plaintiff needs to
be permitted to putforth his case.
3. The defendant corporation had not objected the amendment

sought to be carried out in the plaint.
The amendment sought would no prejudice the defendant
corporation nor would change the nature of the suit.
In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 1575 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint within 14 days
from date of the order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
