Heard Shri Pandey. The Plaintiff is issued notice u/S.354A of the MMC Act. Reply is also filed by the Plaintiff to the corporation. No orders are yet passed. The defendant/ corporation therefore is directed to pass orders within 15 days. In case of any adverse orders against the Plaintiff the defendant/corporation not to take coercive action for seven days. Parties to maintain status-quo as on today in respect of suit property.
