1. The plaintiff has tendered draft Chamber Summons for
amending title clause of Chamber Summons No. 984 of 2019, by
which the names of defendant no. 4,5 and 6 were left out.
2. Heard Ld. Adv. for the plaintiff and Ld. Adv. for defendant
no. 4, 5 and 6. Adv. for defendant informed that defendant no. 4
is no more. Looking to the bonafide mistake committed by lawyer,
in my view, the client should not suffer, hence, the Chamber
Summons needs to be allowed. The plaintiff is granted leave to
register Chamber Summons and return to the Court. Hence, I
proceed to pass the the following order.

ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 1561 of 2019 is hereby allowed.

accordingly.
