3. The defendant corporation had left the order to discretion of this
Court. Those do not appear for impediment to allow with the chamber
summons. In the interest of justice, the chamber summons needs to be

1. The Chamber Summons No. 1558/2019 is allowed.
2. The applicants are permitted to carry out the necessary amendment
within 14 days from the date of the order and also is expected to
carry out the necessary compliance.
3. The chamber summons stands disposed off.
