Both the Ld. Advocates appraised the courts that the matter is
amicably settled and Ld. Mediator sent its report accordingly with
the copy of consent terms and accordingly from 25-10-2025 in every
month Rs. 150000 each three installments have been paid and last
installment is due on 25-01-2026 and the Ld. Advocate Ashwin Rana
on behalf of defendant made a statement at Bar that last installment
would also be scrupulously paid to be plaintiff on or before fixed
date on view of his statement recorded by the court. Suit No stands
disposed as settled in view of mediation report Exh.04 dated 07-10-
2025. Proceeding is closed. R and P be sent to the Record
Department.
Offshoot proceedings SJ No.225/19 at Sr.No.74 on today's
board being infructous and disposed off accordingly.
If the last installment of settlement is not paid on due date plaintiff
would have re-open the suit.
