Perused. Heard. The advocate for plaintiff submits that the notice u/s 354A is issued
to the plaintiff. The plaintiff has received it on 20.08.2019. The plaintiff has replied
it. Defendant Corporation has received the reply on 22.08.2019. According to him till
date no order is passed by the Defendant Corporation on the reply filed by the
plaintiff. Advocate for defendant Corporation submits that he has no instructions in
the matter. In view of this, I pass following order - ORDER 1. The Defendant is
directed to consider the reply and documents filed by the plaintiff and to pass order
deciding plaintiff&amp#039s reply. 2. The defendant is restrained from acting
upon the impugned notice till passing of the order and two weeks thereafter from the
date of receipt of order by the plaintiff in case the order is against the plaintiff. 3. The
suit and draft Notice of Motion both are disposed of in view of above order. The
draft Notice of Motion be registered for statistical purpose. Authenticated copy of
roznama be given to the parties.
