Judgment vide Exh-12 is pronounced and following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendants shall jointly and severally pay Rs.49,068.49/- (Rs. Forty Nine Thousand Sixty Eight and Forty Nine Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 1.25 percent per month from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendants do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
3. Decree be drawn accordingly.
4. Court fee, if any, be refunded as per rule.
