Plaintiff present. She is identified by Adv. Prasad Gaonkar. She
also filed copy of Aadhar as identity proof. By this withdrawal
praecipe/pursis, plaintiff is seeking to withdraw the matter. The
contents in this praecipe/pursis have been explained to the plaintiff
in Marathi. She admitted the contents therein and her signature
thereon. She submitted that, she wants to withdraw the suit
unconditionally. Plaintiff admitted receipt of demand draft.
Ld. Adv. Vijay Sharma for defendant No.3 gave no objection to
withdraw the suit.
Hence, withdrawal praecipe/pursis is read and recorded.
