Today, the Notice of Motion No.4869 of 2018  was dismissed on merits by hearing both the parties.  Thereafter, the application is filed by the plaintiff for continuation of order of status-quo which is in existence.  As per the order clause (c) of the Order of the Hon\''ble High Court in Appeal From Order No.119 of 2021, the Order passed by my learned Predecessor on 15.05.2019 directing  defendant Nos.4, 6 and 7 to maintain status-quo as on that date to continue till disposal of Notice of Motion No.4869/2018.
The plaintiff has legal right to challenge  the order of this Court  before the Hon\''ble High Court in appropriate proceeding.  The status-quo is in existence since last more than two years.  In order to keep legal rights of the plaintiff to challenge the order of this Court intact, it is necessary to extend the status-quo order passed by this Court on 15.05.2019 and continued by the Hon\''ble High Court till disposal  of this Notice of Motion No. 4869 of 2018. Hence, the order dated 15.05.2019 is extended till the appeal period is over. All the parties to take note.
