On perusal of record it seems that the suit claim is old one of the year 2019. Suit was proceeded ex-parte against defendant.  Plaintiff examined himself as PW-1. Thereafter despite of giving sufficient opportunity plaintiff failed to examine further witnesses.
             On perusal of roznama dt.15.02.2021 it seems that defendant Jitendra M. Shah is reported to be dead. The plaintiff has not brought the LRs of deceased defendant on record.
          On perusal of further roznama dt19.10.2024 it seems that the plaintiff is reported to be dead. However no steps are taken to bring the LRs of plaintiff on record.
         Since long matter was kept for steps. However, none appeared to take any steps. Matter is seems to be abated. Hence, same stands disposed of as abated/dismissed.
