Petitioner is appointed as a Guardian of minor Ms. Kimaya Kunal Khanolkar, alias Ms. Kimaya Vidya Mahajan for her person and property.
Petitioner is allowed to sell property i.e. Flat No. 205, in Sarita CHS as described in Schedule Exhibit-G as contended in the application affidavit and documents.
