1. Heard.
2. The applicants have filed this application for correction of
the cause title of MA 192018. Ld. Counsel for the
applicants submitted that this Court has taken the cause
title of the suit in the order dated 29/06/2019 as:
“1.Mohanbhai Girdharilal Joshi and ors..Plaintiffs
V/s
1. Vishnu Harishchandra Patil and ors..Defendants
instead of amended cause title i.e. as under
Smt.Shantabai Vinayak Patil and ors ..Applicants
V/s.
Mohanbhai Girdharilal Joshi and ors ..Respondents

He, therefore, prayed for correcting the same for effective
execution of the order dated 29/06/2019.
3. It appears that the said error is typographical error and
due to inadvertence the same had occurred. Therefore,
the cause title of MA 19/2018 is required to be corrected.
Hence, it is expedient to pass following order:
O R D E R
1. Misc. Application No. 75/2019 is allowed and thereby the
title clause of the Misc. Application No. 19/2018 is directed to
be corrected as “Smt. Shantabai Vinayak Patil and Ors. Versus
Mohanbhai Girdharilal Joshi and Ors.”
2. Sheristedar to make necessary corrections in the title clause
and get it attested by this court.
3. Steno to correct the PDF file.
4. Misc. Application is disposed of accordingly.
