1. Advocate for the plaintiff has filed an application to stay the
impugned order passed in Notice of Motion No. 1640 of 2021.
2. Heard argument. Perused record.
3. It appears, an interim order was granted by my Ld. Predecessor
on 30-07-2021. It appears, it was continued time to time. The matter was
adjourned by one or other pretext. Today, Notice of Motion No. 1640 of
2021 has decided finally and it is dismissed on merit. As there is no merit
in the Notice of Motion, therefore, there is no question to grant stay to the
impugned order. Hence following order:
ORDER
Application(Exh.8) stands dismissed and disposed off, accordingly.
