ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No. 3060 of 2019 is allowed subject to the payment of cost Rs. 200/– each of the defendants payable by the plaintiff.
2. The order passed by this Court on 24/06/2019 dismissing the Notice of Motion filed by the plaintiff is revoked and the said Notice of Motion is restored to its original stage on payment of cost by the plaintiff as above.
