Mumbai. Adv. for defendant/ corporation submitted to pass
necessary order. Hence, I passed following order- O R D E
R 1. L. C. Suit No. 1314/2018 is disposed of as withdrawn.
2. Parties to bear their own costs. 3. In view of disposal of
Suit, Ch/S No. 1477/2019 stands disposed of.
