For the reasons separately recorded, the following order is passed
ORDER
1. The defendants shall jointly and severally pay Rs.45,549/-- (Rs. Forty Five Thousand Five Hundred Forty Nine Only) to the plaintiff and he shall also pay interest to the plaintiff on principal amount of Rs.30,000/- at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. The defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
3. Court fee, if any, be refunded as per rule.
4. Decree be drawn accordingly.
