       Perused chamber summons and affidavit in support thereof. Heard counsel of plaintiff and Shri. Kudalkar learned counsel for defendant Nos.1 to 3.
          Proposed legal representative of deceased defendant No.4 Durgaamma is absent. It appears defendant No.4 left for her heavenly abode on 13.05.2020. During that period there was pandemic of Covid-19. Therefore plaintiff could not take steps to bring legal representatives of defendant No.4 on record. It also appears that, there was delay in registration of death of defendant No.4. This caused delay of 205 days in bringing legal representative on record. Learned counsel for plaintiff prays for condoning this delay.
             Having regards to circumstances in May-2020, I think this is fit case to exercise discretion in favour of plaintiff. Therefore I pass following order
ORDER
1) Chamber Summons No.1532/2021 is allowed.
2) Plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment of bringing legal representative of defendant No.4 on record within two weeks from today.
