ORDER
1. The plaintiff filed instant Notice of Motion to expedite the
suit.
2. It is contended by the plaintiff that she is 76 years old and
not keeping good health. Therefore, she has appointed Power of
Attorney Holder. It is further contended that recently she has
been detected with cancer. Therefore, looking to the aforesaid
condition, the plaintiff prayed for expediting the suit.

3. Heard both the sides. Perused Notice Motion. It is not in
dispute that the plaintiff is senior citizen aged about 76 years. The
medical documents shows that she is detected with Cancer. Thus,
looking to the aforesaid fact, the Notice of motion needs to be
allowed and matter needs to be expedited. Thus, I proceed to pass
the following order :
ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No. 3004 of 2019 is made absolute in terms
of prayer clause (a).
2. Plaintiff to bear its own cost.
3. Notice of Motion No. 3004 of 2019 is disposed off
accordingly.
