passed on Exh. 18. Perused the application and record.
From the application it appears that, plaintiff wants to
withdraw the suit unconditionally. Plaintiffs are the master
of their case. Hence, application Ex. 18 is allowed. Adv. For
plaintiff submitted to disposed of suit as withdrawn
unconditionally. Hence, suit is disposed of as withdrawn
unconditionally. As the suit is disposed of chamber
summons no. 1459/2019 and 429/2022 do not survive.
Hence, chamber summons no. 1459/2019 and 429/2022 are
disposed of accordingly. Plaintiffs to tender the registered
chamber summons no. 426/2022 for record. Proceeding is
closed. l.o. at 01.03 pm. Adv. Yasmin sarang present for
defendant.
