ORDER ON DRAFT CHAMBER SUMMONS
The plaintiff has taken out this chamber summons requesting to allow the plaintiff to serve the defendant by paper publication. Read the affidavit in support. Read the service affidavit, Exh.6. The endorsement on postal envelope mentions as \''not known\''. On the basis of this report the plaintiff is requesting for service through paper publication. Record shows that the service of suit summons is not attempted through bailiff. Hence, I am of the view that the plaintiff shall first attempt to serve the suit summons through bailiff. In the result, I passed the following order.
ORDER
1. Issue suit summons through bailiff.
