In view of order passed in N/M no. 2987/19 and 2988/19, Defendant no. 1 is directed to tender
reply and WS on record. Accordingly Defendant no. 1 has tendered WS cum reply on record.
Written Statement cum reply of Defendant no. 1. t.o.r. O-filed. Adv for Defendant no. 1 has given
no objection for granting N/M in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). The adv for the Plaintiff has not
pressed other prayers in the N/M. Hence, N/M no. 4298/18 is made absolute in terms of prayer
clause (a) and (b).Accordingly N/M no. 4298/18 stands disposed of. Defendant nos. 2 and 3 have
been served with writ of summons. In spite of the service, Defendant nos. 2 and 3 failed to appear in
the suit. Hence exparte order is passed against Defendant nos. 2 and 3. Considering the nature of the
suit and nature of the dispute, the parties and their advocate are directed to remain present before
