ORAL ORDER
Perused averments made by both the parties. Heard advocate.
This application is taken out by defendant for correction of oral
evidence recorded on 17.08.2022. It is alleged that advocate for
defendant gave six suggestions to the witness during cross examination
however those suggestions and answers of witness to the said
suggestions are not recorded by the Court. The plaintiff filed reply to
the application and denied the allegations made on behalf of defendant.
From the perusal of oral evidence recorded on 17.08.2022 it is seen that
after recording of evidence, the copy of it was shown to parties and
their advocates and thereafter some correction were made. However on

that day defendant and his advocate did not make any allegation as
regards suggestions put to witness and that it were not recorded in the
evidence. The evidence of witness is recorded in presence of both the
advocate. There is no substance in the application. Hence following
order.
ORDER
Application stands rejected with no order as to costs.
