In view of order dated 20.09.2019 advocate for defendant no.2 tender original notice of motion no. 2984/2019 @ affidavit. On the same date plaintiff has tender application for time for reply vide Exh.no. 11. As per the request time is granted in favour of plaintiff for filling reply. The present suit is pending in the court since 2000. Today suit is fixed for filling written reply on the side of plaintiff to the notice of motion 2984/2019 but plaintiff failed to file reply and hence notice of motion no. 2984/2019 is proceeded without reply of plaintiff.
