Heard, Ld Counsel for plaintiff.
In view of Government notification no.GSR(E) dtd.2/1/2019
Dena Bank is merged with Bank of Baroda with effect from 1/4/2019.
As per the notification all the legal proceedings are pending before the
Court and other forums shall continue in the name of Bank of Baroda,
therefore, the amendment is necessary for the purpose of just decision
of suit and for the purpose of decree. If the said amendment is
permitted then no prejudice would be caused to the other side the
proposed amendment is formal in nature. Hence, I proceed to pass
following order.

ORDER
1) Chamber Summons No.1441 of 2019 is allowed.
2) Applicant is directed to amend the plaint within 14 days.
3) Chamber summons no. 1441/2019 be disposed of in the above
terms.
