ORAL ORDER
1) The chamber summons is filed by the plaintiff to
correct the typographical error in Notice of Motion No.
2787/2015. The typographical error is that instead of al
defendants it should be defendant No. 1 and 3.
2) Heard Adv. Shri Tule for plaintiff. The chamber
summons is supported by affidavit. The suit is dismissed against
defendant No. 1 and 3 only. However in Notice of Motion the
prayer clause shows that the plaintiff desires to restore the suit
against all the defendants. Hence the said error the plaintiff

desires to correct. The mistake being a typographical error needs
to be corrected. Hence pass following order :
ORDER
1) The chamber summons is made
absolute as per prayer (a) and (b).
2) Accordingly Chamber summons is
disposed of.
3) The Chamber summons be registered
for statistical purpose.
