Advocates are present before the Court. The Advocate for Defendant No. 1 also was appearing on
behalf of the Deft-2. The consent terms between the plaintiff and the Defendant-1 are filed on
record. They are signed by them and their Learned Advocates. The contents are read over to the
parties and they admitted the same to be true and correct and they also identified their signatures on
it. The plaintiff has stated in the consent terms that she wants to withdraw the suit against the Deft
nos. 2 and 3 unconditionally. The consent terms therefore are taken on record. The suit is disposed
of as settled between the plaintiff and the Defendant No. 1 and as withdrawn unconditionally
against the Defendant No. 2 and 3. In the circumstances, no order as to costs. The Court fees be
refunded as per the rules. A decree be drawn in terms of consent terms at exh. 4. The pending N/M
No. 210/2010, 2899/19, 4002/18 shall stand disposed of. This NM disposed of on 3.11.2020.
