1. The plaintiffs Authorized representative filed an
application below Exh. 13 for withdrawal of the suit
unconditionally. In view of order dated 08.07.2024 passed
in Writ Petition No. 551/2024. Copy of which is at Exh. 14.
The notice has been given to the defendants that matter
will be taken out on today’s board for withdrawal of the
suit but none appeared for defendants.
2. The Representative Vineet Kumar Chaudhary admitted
his signature and contents of withdrawal application Exh.
13. He has filed authorization letter below Exh. 16. The
plaintiff is withdrawing the suit unconditionally in view of
order passed in WP No. 551/2024. hence I pass following
